Saturated carpet pads can harbor mold and mildew caused by trapped moisture, and when untreated can lead to health concerns. After the water extraction takes place, our experienced Master Clean professionals can remove this unusable padding and spray the flooring with anti-microbial solution to keep mold from growing back.
We also offer carpet and padding reinstallation services. When the flooring has dried, we can lay a new carpet pad and then stretch the existing carpeting if salvageable. Dehumidifiers and air movers are available for rental to help remove the remaining moisture from the air and to dry the carpeting faster.
